(1) In the case of Clause (a), (b) or (c) of Section 17, the conciliator appointed as per Sub-section (3) or (4) of Section 3 shall submit the report of the matter within seven days to the body looking into the case. > (2) Upon receipt of the report as per sub-section (1), the body looking into the case shall take action and dispose of such case in accordance with the law.
(3) If a period has been fixed for reconciliation, if the paper of reconciliation is not submitted as per sub-section (4) of section 16 or the report as per sub-section (1) is not submitted within ten days of the payment of that period, the agency that will deal with the case shall take action and dispose of such case according to the law.
